this ATC is one of 10 for a zetti swap. it is for the pointy had preservation society swap. i used watercolor paper and splashed some color around. it is actually purple, not blue! then i drew lines for a couple of pointy hats in the background, cut out the actual hats, used some dimensional stuff for hat puffs on top and then wrote the caption with a jelly roll glaze pen. can't wait to see what i get back from this swap. they are always fun. it is the zettizoo yahoo group. come on over if you love zetti.
